Anna Onare is the visionary behind Mkali Africa, dedicated to transforming lives through education and youth empowerment. With a BA in Political Science, an MA in International Studies, and a current pursuit of a Doctorate in Public Administration, Anna has spearheaded numerous initiatives addressing socio-economic disparities and creating opportunities for underserved communities. Her passion for leadership and innovation drives Mkali Africa’s mission to empower youth globally and foster sustainable development.
Monika Tshibanda provides expert legal guidance to Mkali Africa, ensuring compliance and ethical practices across all initiatives. With a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a B.A. in Criminal Justice and Political Science, Monika is dedicated to safeguarding the organization’s interests while upholding its commitment to integrity and social justice. Her expertise strengthens Mkali Africa’s ability to navigate complex legal landscapes and achieve its mission with confidence.
As the Director of Finance at Mkali Africa, Mathias Anto is responsible for leading the organization’s financial strategy, overseeing budgeting, planning, and the efficient allocation of resources to ensure long-term sustainability. With a background in Business Management, he plays a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing funding opportunities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Mathias works collaboratively with other departments to maintain transparency, strengthen financial systems, and support the effective implementation of programs that empower communities across Africa and beyond.
Gloria Longo builds meaningful relationships with organizations, donors, and local leaders to expand Mkali Africa’s reach and impact. With a BA in Linguistics and extensive experience in community development, Gloria is a strong advocate for equity and inclusion. She leverages her skills to create sustainable collaborations that empower youth, promote education, and support Mkali Africa’s vision for a brighter future.
Mayowa Onare is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of expertise in education, data analytics, and strategic decision-making. With a strong track record in program assessment and the integration of innovative strategies, Mayowa has been instrumental in advancing nonprofit missions and driving organizational growth. Mayowa holds advanced degrees in Computer and Information Science, an MBA, Economic Development, Entrepreneurship, and Predictive Analytics. This diverse academic background reflects his technical expertise.
